Ingredients
- 1/3 c Mrs. G’s Hot Pepper Jelly
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 2 c mixed nuts
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika - I use The Spanish Tin's Hot, Smoked Paprika
Instructions
- HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- PLACE hot pepper jelly in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 45 seconds on HIGH. Stir in paprika. Add mixed nuts and stir until coated evenly. Spread nut mixture in a single layer on pan.
- BAKE 10 minutes. (Ovens vary...they have to go about 15 minutes in my oven. You want them "praline-like" - just before they start to burn). Cool 5 minutes. Break up mixture. Combine brown sugar and paprika and sprinkle mixture over cooled nuts, stirring to combine. Store in airtight container.
